It was a privilege to work for my friend and neighbouring pastor Jason Roach and his congregation at New Hope Church in Brockville this summer. AJ Zaine and Mauricio Torres worked with me to construct the raised planters flanking the front entrance and running down the side of the church. Even my 11-year-old son Xander helped for a day! Brussels Dimensional stone with an inset border of dark charcoal creates a classic, layered look. It was a lot of work, with well over a thousand stones to lay, but we think the results are their own reward. Plus, how often do you get to landscape God’s House?
